Rent Guarantee

There are 2 options for guaranteeing your rent.

Number 1

247 Property Letting Ltd will offer you a set monthly amount for your property in periods on 1 year basis, renewable every year.

Here is how this works:-

Our agents value the property

247 offer a monthly amount (this will be less than the market value)

Rent paid to Landlord regardless of property being empty or rent being late

No commission payable

247 assume all rental contractable responsibilites

Inventory done as normal (fee applies)

All property maintenance is still the responsibility of the landlord. The landlord will have the opportunity to do the repairs themselves or 247 will organise for you after agreeing a price. The bill will be deducted from future rental payments.

 

Number 2

Through an Insurance Policy.

Companies such as Leaseguard, Homelet and Surerent offer to pay your rent if the property is empty or the tenant defaults on the rent payment. Obviously, there is a cost to this and there are a range of criteria that need to be met first before this insurance policy will be entered into, therefore this may not work for every property. Our agents will be happy to advise you on your individual case.
