Linda is one of 24.7's most experienced and trusted members of staff.  Linda has been promoted on several occassions and has proven herself to be invaluable to 24.7. 

Linda is a personable individual who treats everybody with the same level of professionalism and respect.  In the past Linda has been our Group Accounts Manager handling numerous rental issues from With-held Rent to Housing Benefit to Evictions and Debt Collection.

Linda's day to day duties in the office are ensuring all property managers are working to their full capacity and dealing with all issues and tasks set before them. Linda is head of the accounts department, which covers tenant, landlord and purchase accounts. Linda is the sole contact for all new and existing landlords looking for a professional agent to manage their properties.

Angela joined the 24-7 team in November 2011 bringing with her a wealth of knowledge and experience she has gained working in the letting industry for the past  

Angela assists Linda in the day to day running of the office.Angela is in charge of dealing with any Housing Benefit Overpayments that may arise. She is more than happy to help with any enquiries from both tenants and landlords.

Fiona Waldron - Maintenance Manager

Fiona deals with the day to day repairs & maintenance of properties under our management which includes notifying and discussing repairing issues with landlord’s and tenants.  She also chases outstanding work in properties while empty and ensures that job spec’s are completed in a timely manner.  Fiona is a valued member of our team and I’m sure she has a great future in store with 24/7 Property Letting.

Michael Tarelli - Senior Property Manager

Michael joined the 24/7 Team in August 2010 as part of our rapid expansion. Michael has a wealth of knowledge and experience in property inspection and property management issues. Michael has this knowledge to pass to colleagues having previously worked for over 25 years with one of Scotland's premier firms of Chartered Surveyors.

His current role involves reporting on property condition and assessing it's suitability to let. We are delighted to have Michael on board and we have high hopes for his progression within 24/7 group.

Mark Breen - Property Manager

Mark joined the team in June 2010 as part of 24.7's Youth Training Programme and started out as an office junior. Since then Mark has graduated to a Property Manager.

Mark has been based in our head office in Glasgow since joining 24.7 and has spent time in our Lanarkshire branches but has recently returned to Shettleston. .

 Mark’s day to day duties in the office include dealing with all letting enquiries, linking tenants with suitbale properties and signing them up. Mark also deals with rent collection and has knowledge of the housing benefit process.   Mark can also deal with any Council Tax issues any landlords come across.

Maintenance Division

George Scott

George is an experienced tradesman and previously ran a business as an ironmonger.  He is capable of dealing with minor plumbing & general handyman work and snagging jobs that make a huge difference to the standard of flats that we let.  He has been with us since December 2009, we couldn’t be without him and he has established himself as a valuable member of our team.

John Gallagher

John is another experienced tradesman that is capable of doing a full refurbishment on almost any property with the exception of certificated work (ie electrics and gas safe checks).  John’s attention to detail and skills in producing a top class finish make him indispensable to our company.
